Qualifications

• 3 years’ relevant experience in business operations and general finance and accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited university; degree not required if experience meets requirements.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review expense reports for reimbursement and reconcile corporate card transactions.
• Approve financial transactions in accordance with university policies.
• Assist with Workday expense reports and auditing processes.
• Process invoices and purchase orders and support audits.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable staff and department personnel.
