Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in accounts payable and disbursements.
• Strong PO processing and 3-way match experience.
• Hands-on handling of invoices and disbursements.
• Proficient in payment processing (checks, ACH, wires).
• Experience with ECC SAP or S/4HANA preferred.
• Understanding of audit/compliance in AP.
• Customer-service mindset for vendor/internal requests.
• Attention to detail, deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Review and process high-priority invoices with PO focus and 3-way match.
• Research discrepancies and ensure accurate GL coding.
• Process vendor payments (checks, ACH, wires) per terms.
• Reconcile disbursement batches and payment runs for accuracy.
• Monitor payment deadlines to avoid late fees.
• Support month-end close with AP data reconciliation.
• Address vendor inquiries with professional communication.
• Collaborate with teams to obtain banking/payment details.
• Maintain audit/compliance throughout the invoice-to-pay process.
