Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and processing disbursements in line with GAAP.
• Proficiency with Oracle Financial Modules for payment processing, purchasing, iExpense, GL, projects and grants.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, determine propriety, and process non-payroll disbursements.
• Audit and reconcile transactions; resolve discrepancies and ensure completeness.
• Assist County departments with Oracle Financial transactions and data entry in MS Office.
• Collaborate with County staff to facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Report to Accountant/Auditor Supervisor in the Accounts Payable Section.
