Qualifications

• 2–3+ years accounts payable experience with three-way match.
• Proficient in Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with a large ERP system.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Match invoices against purchase orders and investigate discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
• Ensure invoices have GL codes and payment approvals.
• Enter invoices into the accounts payable system.
• Process merchandise and expense invoices accurately and timely.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail; multi-task under deadlines.
• Reconcile vendor statements and correct discrepancies.
• Maintain files per company policy and best practices.
• Assist with other projects as needed.
