Ledgent, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Mesa, AZ team in a 100% onsite contract-to-hire role at $22/hr. You will be part of a large AP group and handle full-cycle AP in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers potential conversion to permanent employment, a tuition reimbursement program, PTO and sick time, and employee vehicle repair discounts. Hybrid flexibility may be available after conversion.

Competenze

• Experience handling full-cycle accounts payable processes.
• Ability to process high volumes of invoices accurately and timely.
• Proficiency with vendor reconciliations and invoice matching.
• Strong communication with vendors and internal teams; familiarity with ERP systems and Excel.

Mansioni

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.
• Set up and maintain vendor records and payment terms.
• Code invoices to the chart of accounts and perform matching.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors.
• Work with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Assist with payment processing and check runs.
• Support month-end activities and maintain orderly AP records.
• Maintain organized AP documentation and files.
