Experience at public companies and advanced Excel skills are preferred, with NetSuite experience advantageous. The position is full-time with a hybrid work model: minimum 3 days in the office per week in Waltham and flexibility for remote

Responsibilities

• Vendor & Relationship Management: maintain professional vendor relationships and resolve inquiries/disputes
• Invoice & Transaction Processing: process PO and non-PO invoices accurately and timely
• Procurement & GL Collaboration: ensure GL coding on POs and align purchasing workflows
• Accounting Accuracy & Compliance: daily recurring tasks with focus on SOX controls
• Month-End Close & Audit Support: assist in reconciliations and provide documentation for audits
