Sullivan Tire and Auto Service in Norwell, MA is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator for a full-time, in-person role at our corporate office. You will process invoices, reconcile vendor statements, prepare payments, and support monthly accruals in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree or 5 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to navigate multiple accounting systems with accuracy and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 5 years accounts payable experience.
• Strong Excel skills and financial analysis ability.
• Ability to navigate multiple software and accounting systems.
• High accuracy and attention to detail; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization of invoices and vendor statements.
• Create complex Excel spreadsheets to assist with reconciliations and general ledger uploads.
• Match invoices to statements and verify accuracy to POs, pricing, terms, and charges.
• Reconcile multiple high-volume EDI accounts.
• Ensure expenses are recorded to correct cost centers and periods.
• Ensure inventory and receiving procedures are followed and perform three-way match.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather and interpret financial data.
