Qualificações

• Experience in accounts payable at public companies.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Reconcile AP transactions and support month-end close.
• Collaborate with procurement to code PO data correctly and align purchasing workflows.
• Support SOX controls related to accounts payable and provide audit documentation.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment inquiries promptly.
