Evolv Technologies Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team in Waltham, MA. You will process invoices, reconcile AP transactions, and support SOX controls, with emphasis on accuracy and timely payments.

Experience with NetSuite and Excel is preferred, as is working in a public-company environment. This role offers hybrid work with three days in the office and up to two days remote, paired with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to contribute to monthly

Formación

• Experience in AP at public companies preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with NetSuite.
• Knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Process vendor invoices and reconcile AP transactions in a timely manner.
• Support month-end close and accounting reconciliations.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure correct GL coding on POs.
• Assist with SOX controls related to accounts payable.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain vendor relationships.
