Job summary

Tolleson Wealth Management is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to manage vendor invoices, coding, and payment processing in Oracle NetSuite. You will support the Finance Team to ensure accurate, timely AP operations and strong internal controls.

The role interfaces with managers and vendors; requires 1–3 years AP experience, Oracle NetSuite expertise, and solid Excel skills. A detail-oriented, fast-paced environment and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable or accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar cloud-based AP system required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with monthly close deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication skills; ability to make decisions within guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable for multiple entities in Oracle NetSuite.
• Code and process vendor invoices accurately and timely with approvers.
• Maintain and review vendor records, including W-9s for new vendors.
• Monitor corporate card activity and data imports for transactions.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and status.
• Assist in posting journal entries and annual 1099 tax documents.
• Provide backup reconciliations for internal Tolleson accounts and support audits.
