Evolution is hiring an entry-level Accounts Payable Specialist in Philadelphia to assist with full-cycle AP, ensuring accurate processing of vendor invoices and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

You will handle invoice entry, 2- and 3-way matching, assist with weekly payments, and help support month-end close in a collaborative finance team. This role offers a clear growth path in a fast-growing online entertainment and technology company with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related coursework.
• Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUPs and formulas) and ERP familiarity.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Process daily vendor invoices and credit memos with accuracy.
• Perform 2-way/3-way invoice matching against POs and receiving docs.
• Assist in weekly payment runs via checks, ACH, and wires.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile statements.
• Maintain organized filing of AP documents and schedules.
• Support audits by providing requested records.
• Assist with month-end close and ad-hoc finance tasks.
