Evolution is hiring an entry-level Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in the United States. You will support full-cycle AP, processing vendor invoices, and maintaining vendor relationships in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and timely processing. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with common accounting software are a plus as you build a foundation in corporate finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping; internships considered.
• HS diploma required; associate/bachelor preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Receive, review, and enter daily vendor invoices and credit memos with accuracy.
• Matching & Verification: 2-way or 3-way matching against PO and receiving docs.
• Payment Preparation: Assist in weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wires).
• Vendor Management: Respond to inquiries, reconcile statements, resolve disputes.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized filing systems for AP docs.
• Audit & Compliance: Support audits with documentation and schedules.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist month-end close and other finance tasks.
