Responsabilidades

• Match and batch invoices, POs, and receiving documents.
• Process employee and corporate card expenses.
• Analyze invoices for payment and tax discrepancies.
• Ensure proper coding to balance sheet and cost centers.
• Obtain authorization to pay.
• Maintain vendor database and files.
• Process 1099 information.
• Schedule weekly and ad-hoc check runs.
• Ensure subsystem records upload to general ledger.
• Respond to vendor and employee inquiries.
• Support Accounts Payable projects.
