Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 0-2 years of accounting-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all the accounting associated with fixed assets and prepaids.
• Prepares monthly general ledger reconciliations. Investigate and resolve variances, errors or missing data.
• Preparation and entering of journal entries into the GL system, along with proper documentation.
• Ensures strong internal control over GL uploads and journal entries.
• Monthly variance analysis review, including review of account activity and transactions, including providing in-depth analysis as requested to ensure accuracy of general ledger.
• Assists in preparing regulatory and SEC reporting schedules and providing supporting documentation, as requested.
• Performs ad hoc general ledger analysis and reporting as necessary.
• Assists in preparation of internal and external audit requests.
• Maintains accounting and reporting policies and procedures.
