Zusammenfassung

Badger Meter is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to ensure timely, accurate processing and payment of invoices in our AP system. You will validate three-way matches, handle invoice approvals, and manage vendor records and tax information.

The role supports month-end close, cross-trains with team members, and contributes to a robust, value-driven finance operation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School/GED required; Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 0-1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and A/P Programs preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare invoices by verifying the three-way match of invoice to purchase order to receipt, auditing each invoice for GL account number, sales tax, pricing, and quantity.
• Match payment documents (check/direct deposit) to vendor invoices, verifying vendor name and address matches the payment.
• Periodically review outstanding reports identifying received/not invoiced purchase orders and follow up with vendors or others.
• Print all applicable AP reports during month-end closing and prepare GL account analysis.
