ABC Supply Co. Inc. is seeking an entry-level Accounts Payable professional to join our Overhead Payables Department in Beloit, Wisconsin.

This role focuses on reconciling vendor statements, maintaining vendor master data, and ensuring accurate voucher entries. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, possess solid accounting principles knowledge, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and deliver excellent communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced accounting environment.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills in a high-phone-volume setting.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile vendor statements and update records.
• Maintain vendor master data.
• Ensure proper record retention practices.
• Process voucher entries and verify accuracy.
• Communicate with vendors and company branches.
• Support additional duties as assigned by the department.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
