Qualifications

• Must have at least three (3) years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Must have at least one (1) year of AP processing experience within Oracle NetSuite software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Time management, ability to meet deadlines, ability to multitask, and responsiveness is vital.
• Experience with document and data management.
• Proficient and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to analyze information with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player, with excellent professional and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Accounts Payable functions, ensuring accuracy and proper general ledger coding.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments from start to finish with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain spreadsheets and assist with account analysis, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain current documents in accordance with TTI's Document Compliance Management Program.
• Process weekly payment runs by reviewing invoices, preparing payments, and ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date customer and vendor account records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes through reconciliation and accrual activities.
• Perform filing, scanning, and general administrative office duties.
• Provide support for special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.
