Qualifications

• Accounting/Bookkeeping background with at least 10 years of experience.
• Must be proficient in accounting software. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills
• Must have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as with a team.

• Accounts Payable, including Purchase Order entry, invoice entry, receiving from purchase orders, matching corresponding paperwork, various spreadsheets, other general office duties.
