Preferred Floor & Tile CO. (PF&TCO) is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using NetSuite or Oracle for AP processing and will ensure timely payments to vendors while maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an AP Specialist or similar role.
• Experience with NetSuite or Oracle is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all AP transactions.
