Jobot is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Irvine, CA. This full-time position focuses on accurate processing of invoices, ACH payments, and maintaining the general ledger within a construction industry context.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the role of AP Specialist, you must have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Solid understanding of general ledger functions and entries.
• Experience with Sage and Timberline is a plus!
• Knowledge of ACH payment processing.
• Experience with invoicing, approval, and cutting checks
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred (not needed)
