• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role in construction industry
• Solid understanding of general ledger functions and entries
• Experience with Sage and Timberline is a plus
• Knowledge of ACH payment processing
• Experience with invoicing, approvals, and cutting checks
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred (not required)

To qualify for the role of AP Specialist, you must have:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Solid understanding of general ledger functions and entries.
• Experience with Sage and Timberline is a plus!
• Knowledge of ACH payment processing.
• Experience with invoicing, approval, and cutting checks
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
