Aston Carter is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role based in Burton, OH. You will manage accounts payable processes, vendor payments, and daily batches across US locations, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

This temporary contract role offers a competitive hourly pay range and exposure to a growing accounting department. The position may lead to longer opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of SAP and related software.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, energetic, self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Process bills across locations to ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Prepare daily accounts payable batches for US locations.
• Prepare, print, and mail weekly vendor payments.
• Resolve PO/invoice discrepancies with departments.
• Calculate discounts and due dates; issue debit/credit notes as needed.
• Research and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies with suppliers.
