• Experience with filing and data entry and general record keeping.
• Proficiency with a 10-key calculator for fast numeric input.

Responsibilities

• Verify accounts payable documents for proper expense authorization across multiple plant locations.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports to ensure accuracy.
• Code invoices with correct general ledger classifications and enter into ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between invoices, POs, and receiving reports.
• Input coded invoices into KBM system and validate data accuracy.
• Process checks and maintain controls over accounts payable activities.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues.
