Job summary

Stoel Rives LLP seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the Accounting Department in its Boise or Portland office. The role reports to the Accounting Manager and handles payables, vendor management, and daily invoice uploads.

Responsibilities include processing payments, coordinating with international vendors, managing rush checks, and assisting with documentation. A college degree or equivalent experience is required with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• College degree in math, finance, accounting or related field or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with accounts payable processes and documentation.
• Familiarity with vendor management and 1099/NEC reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable duties and ensure coding accuracy with back-up documentation.
• Maintain vendors and onboard new vendors; handle 1099 reporting tasks.
• Upload expenses and invoices daily; correct client numbers and GL codes as needed.
