• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• A desire to broaden skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Multi-location reporting.
• Enter invoices and vendor statements.
• Pay invoices in accordance with credit terms.
• Correspond appropriately and as needed with vendors.
• Reconcile vendor accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Support month-end closing procedures.
• File documents in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
