Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Chicago, IL seeks an Accounts Payable Administrator to join the Corporate Shared Services & Accounts Payable team. You will deliver AP services for the corporate offices and properties, handling high-volume processing, vendor inquiries, reconciliations, and journal entries.

The role is hybrid (onsite 3 days/week, remote 2 days/week) with a trial period before permanent status. 1–2 years AP experience and strong Excel/Word skills are required; Coupa and Sun (Infor) experience

Qualifications

• 1–2 years progressive responsibility in AP.
• Strong integrity and attention to detail.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multitask between routine work and projects.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, match to POs, and verify account coding.
• Perform AP reconciliations, including GL and vendor statements.
• Prepare journal entries and assist with 1099 and unclaimed property reporting.
• Support process improvements and respond to supplier inquiries in a timely manner.
