Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and enter in the system on time.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting docs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Assist with weekly check runs, ACH payments and vendor inquiries.
• Maintain organized AP records and support month-end close activities.
