CFS is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Madison, WI to support AP and daily cash functions. The role offers a blended onsite/remote-friendly setup with 1 day of hybrid work per week after training.

You will manage full-cycle AP for PO and non-PO invoices, handle ~200 invoices daily using automated systems, and assist with month-end close and vendor communications. Prior AP experience and ERP familiarity are preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process full-cycle Accounts Payable, including PO and non-PO invoices.
• Manage a high volume of transactions (≈200 invoices/day) using automated systems.
• Enter, verify, and reconcile non-PO invoices in the ERP system.
• Support month-end close by identifying outstanding invoices and communicating with vendors.
• Process payments via ACH and check, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
