Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in De Pere, WI on the first shift, a full-time hybrid role. You will manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, validate invoices, process PO and non-PO invoices, and resolve exceptions in partnership with internal teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP, Ariba, or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent accounts payable/finance experience considered.
• Experience processing invoices and resolving AP exceptions in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with ERP / invoice workflow systems; SAP/Ariba/VIM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and validate supplier invoices before processing.
• Process PO and non-PO invoices per policy and approvals.
• Ensure accurate coding and timely routing for payment.
• Review vendor statements and resolve missing/unpaid invoices.
• Monitor aging, approvals, and queues to support timely payments.
• Maintain audit trails and documentation for compliance.
