Qualifications

• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Bill.com and Microsoft Business Central preferred.
• Strong organization and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process and code AP invoices using Bill.com.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to AP inquiries.
• Record payments in GL and contract management systems.
• Manage AP aging and reconciliations.
• Assist with audits.
• Manage petty cash and centralized reconciliations.
