Job summary

Commonwealth Fusion Systems LLC in Massachusetts is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage high-volume AP processing with accuracy and timeliness. You will handle invoice processing, matching, and month-end support, reporting to the AP Supervisor, and work with internal partners to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires ERP experience, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High-volume AP experience with two-way and three-way matching.
• Vendor communications and month-end support.
• ERP experience required.
• Strong Excel, detail-oriented, organized, and communicative.
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage roughly 200–300 invoices per week with verification and coding.
• Perform two-way and three-way matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Resolve exceptions with Procurement, Receiving, and vendors.
• Support month-end close and accruals.
• Identify process improvements and update procedures.
• Own follow-through with due dates and vendor communications.
