Jonah Energy LLC seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to accurately process vendor invoices and payments, support month-end close, and maintain vendor records in a fast-paced oil and gas environment. This role is based at the Denver HQ with a hybrid work arrangement.

You will review invoices, match to POs, code expenses to GL accounts, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain and Accounting to resolve issues. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Competenze

• Experience with high-volume AP in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with OpenInvoice and PaymentWorks.
• Knowledge of LOE, AFEs, and oilfield service invoicing.

Mansioni

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Match invoices to purchase orders, field tickets, receipts, and supporting documentation.
• Process vendor payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
• Maintain organized vendor files and support month-end close and audits.
