Spectra Logic Corporation in Boulder, CO is seeking a financial professional to manage full-cycle accounts payable and related duties under the Accounts Payable Manager. You will process invoices, perform three-way matching, resolve discrepancies, maintain vendor records, and assist with month-end close and 1099 reporting.

Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered. Candidates should have 2–4 years AP experience, strong MS Office and INFOR LN skills, and the ability to work independently

• Strong knowledge of accounting and AP principles.
• Excellent time management and ability to learn quickly on the job.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task with competing deadlines.
• Team player but able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Experience with internal and external customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 10-key data entry by touch.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong INFOR LN knowledge; experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a paperless AP environment.
• International AP experience is a plus.
• Colorado and Boulder use tax experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Full-cycle accounts payable including invoice processing and payment.
• Three-way matching between invoices, POs, and receiving documents.
• Discrepancy resolution with internal departments and vendors.
• Vendor onboarding and maintenance of vendor profiles.
• Monthly reconciliations and year-end audit support.
• Assist with 1099 reporting.
• Administrative duties as required.
• Other accounting tasks as needed.
