Job summary

C3 Industries is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage day-to-day AP duties with accuracy and compliance for our Michigan operations. You will process high volumes of invoices, validate data across systems, and support payment cycles for our vendor network and internal teams.

You’ll verify invoices, match POs, assist vendor reconciliations, maintain tax and insurance documentation, and help with onboarding of new vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' related accounting experience.
• Understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with accounting software; willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong confidentiality and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Process day-to-day accounts payable data and transactions.
• Verify invoice validity by matching data across systems.
• Support vendor account reconciliations and payment cycles.
• Handle data entry for credit card charges when needed.
• Audit vendor files for W-9s and insurance certificates.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
