Job summary

CSP Innovations, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team in Auburn Hills, MI.

You will maintain both electronic and paper files, process supplier invoices, and ensure accurate data entry into our business systems and spreadsheets. Key duties include three-way matching, reconciling supplier statements, and resolving payment discrepancies while communicating clearly with suppliers to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree or enrollment in Finance or Business preferred.
• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Proficient with Windows applications including Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with scheduling and executing disbursements via check, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Ability to manage payment schedules per supplier agreements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electronic and paper files in accounts payable and related areas.
• Gather, assemble, and review required documents and records.
• Enter data accurately into business systems and spreadsheets.
• Run regular reports to identify problems, delinquencies, or adjustments.
• Process supplier invoices and perform three-way matching.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
