Edges Electrical Group in San Jose, CA, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Corporate team. The role focuses on timely payment of invoices, three-way matching, and maintaining organized records.

You will communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, problem solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to handle high invoice volume and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to process high invoice volume and meet deadlines.
• Effective communicator with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and process high-volume vendor invoices (ERP).
• Match invoices with PO/Receiver/invoice in the ERP system.
• Manage assigned email and respond or route as appropriate.
• Research and reconcile pricing, quantities, freight, and returns.
• Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH and wire transfers.
• Provide backup support for AP team, receptionist, and Cashier.
• Escalate complex discrepancies as needed.
