Job summary

KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking an accounts payable professional to process the full payable cycle, index invoices, code GL, and ensure accurate, timely payments in a high-volume environment from Naples.

You will prepare check disbursements, manage vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor accounts, and support the Property Manager with financial statements and variance analyses; familiarity with Nexus Payables and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years accounts payable experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Nexus Payables preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keyboarding ability with accuracy at 45-50 words a minute.
• Proven ability and desire to work in a number intensive environment.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic business environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing full payable cycle including invoice indexing, GL coding, reviewing invoices for accuracy, & releasing payments.
• Prepare and process check disbursements.
• Update and follow check mailing instruction.
• Assisting vendors/property managers/accountants with any concerns regarding payments.
• Reconciling AP vendor accounts to vendor statements. Investigating and resolving any past due balances.
• Maintaining property recurring expense schedule.
• Follow procedures related to the weekly A/P workflow.
• Understand Vendor Insurance Requirements as it relates to Suppliers, Performing Work, and Professional Vendors.
• Supporting the Property Manager in Reviewing and Explaining the Financial Statements and Variance Analysis
• Special projects as instructed.
