Edges Electrical Group, based in San Jose, CA, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its Corporate team. The role involves processing high-volume vendor invoices, three-way matching in the ERP, and ensuring timely payments for electrical materials, equipment, and services.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent and proven experience with automated accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience with automated accounting software and Excel.
• Ability to process high-volume invoices and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and process high-volume vendor invoices; perform three-way match in ERP.
• Match invoices, credit memos, and PO/receiving documents.
• Manage assigned email and respond or route as appropriate.
• Research discrepancies related to pricing, freight, and returns.
• Prepare weekly check runs, ACH and wire transfers per terms.
• Provide backup support for AP team, receptionist, and Cashier.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments on AP issues.
