Edges Electrical Group in San Jose, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Corporate team. The role ensures timely payment of incoming materials, maintains organized filing, and resolves discrepancies with internal departments and vendors.

A strong communicator is needed to support receiving, purchasing and payable functions, with backup duties for cashier and receptionist. We value work/life balance and offer a competitive benefits package with 401(k), PTO and holidays.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with high invoice volume and vendor communications.
• Familiarity with receiving, purchasing and payable functions.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review and process high-volume vendor invoices; perform three-way match in ERP.
• Match invoices, credit memos, and returns with purchase orders and receiving records.
• Manage assigned email and respond or route as appropriate.
• Research and reconcile discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, freight and returns.
• Prepare and execute weekly checks, ACH and wire transfers.
• Provide backup support for AP team, receptionist, and Cashier.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
