Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic accounting payables.
• Yardi experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct essential accounts payable functions, track payments and expenses.
• Maintain knowledge of computer software and internet applications.
• Handle customer service issues professionally and escalate when needed.
• Interact with accounting department and vendors.
• Ensure accounts payable procedures are processed timely and accurately.
• Support month-end closing deadlines and corporate office tasks.
• Keep all confidential financial and resident information secure.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., year-end tax reporting).
