Job summary

TNT is seeking a full-time AP Administrator to join our growing branch in Houston. The role focuses on answering phones, assisting customers, and handling data entry and accounts payable tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in an administrative role, excellent English communication, strong typing (45 wpm), and the ability to work well in a team while meeting deadlines. Benefits include health coverage and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must have strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate with external customers.
• Must cooperate with others in a team environment for training and operations issues.
• Minimum of 3 years in an administrative assistant role.
• Ability to handle a large volume of calls.
• Ability to read, interpret and write reports in English.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and meet deadlines.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
