Job summary

Network Connex is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage invoice verification, data entry, and month-end close support. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring accurate payments and streamlined processes.

The role requires 2–3 years AP experience, solid accounting software familiarity, and a strong focus on accuracy and reliability in a fast-paced environment in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant experience in business or accounting.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounts payable experience preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting and business management software.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify invoices and financial statements for accuracy and completion.
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
• Assist with month-end close processes and provide support for audits.
• Generate purchase orders when necessary.
• Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies.
• Assist senior financial officers as needed.
• Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.
• Monitoring payment deadlines and resolving any outstanding invoices.
