Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of AP or accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and solid communication skills. Yardi experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years accounts payable or related accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic accounts payable concepts.
• Yardi experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct essential accounts payable functions and track payments.
• Ensure payments are sent and received when due.
• Maintain basic knowledge of computer software and internet applications.
• Handle customer service issues professionally and escalate when needed.
• Interact with accounting department and vendors.
• Ensure accounts payable procedures are timely and accurate.
• Meet month-end closing deadlines.
• Provide administrative support from the corporate office.
• Keep proprietary, financial, and resident information confidential.
• Multitask and meet deadlines; perform other duties as assigned.
