OpenRoad is seeking an Accounting Representative to join our accounting team, reporting to the Accounting Manager. You will process invoices, pay vendors, and deliver top-tier service to internal stakeholders and external partners.

This role requires great attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive for success. The position emphasizes timely invoice processing, data accuracy, confidentiality, and professional collaboration within a fast-paced environment.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts payable process in an accurate and timely manner.
• Review the accuracy of data input daily and monthly.
• Ensure all invoices are processed daily.
• Maintain accounts payable files and records.
• Address and respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
• Protect OpenRoad’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Perform various administrative functions for new vendors. Verify address, payment options, set up wires and ACHs etc.
