HelloConnect is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to join our finance team. You will serve as a liaison among accounting functions and external suppliers, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and timely payments.

The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and process improvements. You will manage three-way matching, supplier reconciliations, and daily AP tasks, while supporting month-end/year-end close and reporting.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 years of accounting/AP experience.
• Experience processing and recording supplier invoices on time.
• Knowledge of 3-way invoice matching (Invoice, PO, Delivery Receipt).
• Experience reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
• Attention to detail in reviewing invoices and documents.
• Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of basic accounting controls and invoice approval procedures.
• Ability to prioritize multiple invoices and reporting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement on invoice discrepancies and raise alerts on anomalies.
• Process invoices accurately and timely, performing 3-way match between invoices, POs and delivery dockets.
• Handle day-to-day AP transactions and record accounting entries.
• Onboard and maintain vendor accounts; obtain supplier information as needed.
• Monitor supplier statements and perform reconciliations regularly.
• Support weekly reporting timelines with assistants and senior accountants.
• Communicate finance concerns to the team and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare reports detailing accounts payable status and close monthly/yearly books.
• Assist with ad hoc duties and invoice validations in Oracle.
• Implement and enforce financial and inventory controls.
