Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking an Accounting Clerk (Accounts Payable) to manage vendor invoices and reconcile statements in a busy environment. The role supports timely payments and accurate accounting within a growing Asian supermarket chain.

Ideal candidates have a related Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in retail or logistics, with strong Excel and ERP system familiarity. Bilingual English/Mandarin is preferred and U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field preferred.
• 1 year of accounting experience; retail/wholesale/logistics preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills—verbal and written—across all levels.
• Interest in automation and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements and match invoices to PO/receipts; resolve discrepancies.
• Review invoices for proper documentation and approval before payment.
• Respond to vendors and internal departments on AP matters.
• Contribute to department-wide automation and process improvement projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
