Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Accounting Assistant to support daily AR duties in a fast-paced retail environment. You will reconcile store reports, match payments, and handle credit card disputes, while assisting with period-end close and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of accounting experience, a related degree, and strong Excel and communication skills. Bilingual English/ Mandarin is required; U.S. work authorization is needed.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of accounting experience in retail, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP/ERP systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile store SRS daily reports and verify postings.
• Match payments to invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle credit card disputes and respond to inquiries.
• Assist supervisor with month-end closing activities.
• Support automation and process improvement projects.
• Respond to questions from customers and internal departments.
