Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and approvals.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving docs.
• Enter AP transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare and process vendor payments per schedules.
• Reconcile vendor statements; research discrepancies.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain organized AP records and docs.
• Assist with new vendor setup and maintenance.
• Support month-end close and AP reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
