arc After School and Experiential Education is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk in Torrance, CA. The role handles day-to-day accounting operations related to vendor payments and expenses that affect the general ledger.

You will process invoices, communicate with vendors, coordinate payment schedules, and maintain the Amazon Business account, ensuring accurate records and timely payments. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience in Accounts Payable.
• Accounting software experience; Sage Intacct a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices with appropriate approvals and verify accuracy.
• Communicate with vendors and other departments to troubleshoot any issues related to payments.
• Track payment schedules and method of payment.
• Maintenance and reconciliation of Amazon Business account.
• Manage vendor credits and vendor relationships.
• Bi-weekly import of credit card transactions & maintenance of credit card reports.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit and reports.

Formação académica

Bachelor's in Accounting or related field
