Responsibilities

• Process invoices, check requests, and credit card transactions in a timely, accurate manner
• Verify sales taxes on invoices and ensure compliance with state requirements
• Resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies, liaising with internal partners
• Support internal/external audits and provide end-user training on payable processes
• Maintain relationships with branches and ensure timely payment to vendors
